Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping times

Umbrago partners with international fulfillment to keep prices low and quality high. Please allow the following timelines for delivery from the date your order is placed:

Standard shipping (United States): 10–15 business days
Standard shipping (international): 12–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, or carrier disruptions.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. Free shipping promotions, when offered, will be applied automatically at checkout.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Delivery delays

While we work with reliable carriers, delays can occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, please contact us at support@wolfandmane.com and we will investigate.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or arrival. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the price of the product or shipping cost.
