We want you to love your Umbrago. If you're not fully satisfied, here's how we make it right.

30-day money-back guarantee

You may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order if your umbrella arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't perform as described.

To start a return

Email us at support@wolfandmane.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the product if it arrived damaged or defective

We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refund eligibility

  • The item must be in its original condition
  • The request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-refundable items

  • Used or damaged items not caused by a manufacturing defect
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)

Processing your refund

Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong color or a defective item, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

Damaged on arrival

If your umbrella arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement.
